Teynham Landscaping Ltd began in Teynham, Kent in 1987, and has developed over the years into the second generation family run business it is today. Working predominately in the commercial and local government sectors.
Undertaking tendered projects for large developments and establishments we provide services including street scene creation, grounds maintenance and specialist workmanship whilst keeping a focus on proper care of ecology works before, during and after a project.
We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality services, on time and with the benefit of our experience and expertise. We operate throughout Kent and the South East of England and currently work for many of the major house builders and developers on new developments and projects.

What’s the Process?
As a site develops and soft landscaping begins, we will price and carry out site maintenance, as the site grows grounds maintenance is increased accordingly. Alongside this, we may be asked to carry out services which may include pesticide weed control, tree surgery works and hedging works that need to be removed to enable the development to proceed.
In conjunction with this, ecological areas are of upmost importance, we understand the vital need for these areas to be safeguarded. Working in conjunction with Ecologists we are skilled in putting these measures into place effectively and to the highest standard.
We always work to the approved landscape drawings.
We have completed works for local councils, and have carried out landscaping and other projects for schools and local supermarkets.
We specialise in soft landscaping and grounds maintenance for the commercial and public sectors, creative work to country park spaces and communal areas. We have a regular maintenance route for existing sites which have been finished by the developer but require continued maintenance until they have been adopted by the local council. We pride ourselves in providing a professional and reliable service.
The Team
Our core team and the majority of our projects are managed by Andrew. We also have a dedicated maintenance team who work closely with our soft landscaping and construction team, depending on the specific needs and requirements of each project.
We have highly qualified staff with City & Guilds NPTC, Level 3 Aerial Cutting of Trees with a Chainsaw and C & G NPTC Level 3 Felling and Processing Trees.
A number of our core team also hold C & G Level 2 Safe Application of Pesticides using hand held equipment.
The majority of our team have worked for Teynham, who are managed by Andrew, for many years and have a wealth of experience, knowledge and skill, not only in their craft but also in the level of customer service we strive to maintain throughout every project, from start to finish.
All are fully conversant with good landscaping practices and construction site protocols as is required for a professional and expert service.

Teynham Landscaping has gained the SMAS Work safe Certificate having met the SSIP standards for Health & Safety (H&S).
All our site operatives hold a CSCS Health & Safety (H&S) accreditation card which enables them to work within the construction industry and have received external Grounds Maintenance machinery training – City & Guilds Level 3 Arborist with chainsaw.
